Intended use: This Kit is used for the quantitative measurement of human soluble RAGE (sRAGE) in serum, plasma and other biological media. Individual users should determine appropriate conditions when using other types of samples. It can be used for 96 Assays. Measurement Range: The measurement range is 12.5 pg/mL to 800 pg/mL. Any sample reading higher than the highest standard should be diluted with Dilution Buffer in higher dilution and re-assayed. Dilution factors need to be taken into consideration in calculating the human sRAGE concentration.
